We don’t keep passwords centrally, for security reasons, so in this case you’ll need to reset yours, which is a straightforward process that is in-built to the system and will take around 7 minutes.

Password reset

This process will create a temporary password, which is sent to your email address so you can login and create a new password.

From the Key2Key start page you will see two boxes. One for your User ID (your email address) and another for a password. Underneath there is a Forgot your password? Button. Click this and it will bring up a new page.

On this page enter your User ID (your email address) and the Validation code (this is is not case-sensitive) that shows below and click the triangular Go button .

Once this is done check your emails for a temporary password that should have been sent. Please Note: Sometimes this is an automated email, so can be filtered as spam, so check your folders.

Once you have this email read the instructions telling you how to create a new password and click the link in the email.  This link will take you to a specific password-reset page, where you can use your temporary password to create a new, personalised one.  Entering your temporary password into the standard login page will produce an error.

Once you have arrived at the Temporary Password page simply enter your User ID and temporary password into the relevant boxes and click the Go button to continue.

As soon as you have entered these details correctly, you will be  taken to a page asking you to create yourself a new unique password.

Once this is complete click the icon to continue, which will bring you to the Key2Key dashboard, ready to use.
