Using the After Sales Leads Function in Key2Key
In this guide we will show you how run mass registration searches of your customer database. This is particularly useful as a tool to identify any service customers who are live on the Key2Key system and may be in a position to renew their agreement.
We need to start with all our customers so, from the dashboard, click on ‘All Data’.
On the next page, open the ‘After Sales Leads’ tab by clicking on the blue arrow next to it:
In the VRM SEARCH box, enter the registration numbers of all the vehicles you wish to check, separated by a comma. It is important to ensure that there are no spaces anywhere in the search, and that the final registration number has a comma after it. Once your full list is ready, press the ‘Go’ button at the top of the ‘After Sales Leads’ tab:
The page returned will be a list of those customers with live records on the Key2Key system, shown in parity order. The customer with the highest potential to renew their agreement will be at the top of the list:
The Mass VRM search is capable of receiving up to 500 registration numbers at once, and can be a valuable and powerful tool when reviewing customer records, campaigns, service customers and more.
