appointments - todays appointments and up to 7 days previously (it does not include tomorrow’s)
attended- 7 day rolling period
callbacks - today & up to 7 days previously (it does not include tomorrow’s)
maturing- Appears 6 months from contract end, and remains for up to one week after
At Brand and Group/MA level the numbers reflect the total count of all the grouped dealerships, as defined above. At retailer login level the boxes contain drop down arrows revealing the names of the customers which have hover-over dates. These will lead to that customer's Details Page, when clicked on.
