When you browse the internet small footprints from a site will be stored by your browser, which you'll probably know as cookies. These are, basically, small bits of information about a page that will help it load quicker the next time you visit it, and help the site-designers and owners understand which parts of the system are more/less popular or relevant. However, if a site is updated regularly, or large amounts of data are changed within it (as is the case with data-heavy sites like Key2Key) these cookies can get out of date very quickly, and can sometimes conflict with the newly updated page that's trying to load. This is especially the case if you use bookmarks, where the wrong instance of a page may log in your browser cache, or a cached page can corrupt causing the site to misbehave.
Fortunately this is really easy to amend, and will only take a few moments of your time. The first step is to press ctrl+F5 on your keyboard (some other keys may be required if you're on a laptop, in order to activate the F5 key). This will refresh your browser, and in many cases that will be enough to amend the problem for you completely. However if you're still coming across difficulty after that then the attached guide will take you through the simple steps to do a more in-depth cache-clear, which is a quick process taking about 3 minutes. If you still have any difficulty after that, then please get in touch with us.
